Act data fetch requested

Webhook

Sent only when the selected fields include external data fields. Return 2xx to acknowledge delivery, then use the single or bulk act data update endpoint with fetch_request_id and a value or error for each external field. Acknowledging this webhook does not complete the fetch. Identical value retries are idempotent; conflicting, expired, superseded, or concurrently edited fields return 409. Fetch requests expire after the configured processing window (30 minutes by default).
